Where will the funds go?
Research & Development:
Developing a website involves a great many hours of hard work, which includes the creation of artwork, editing html code, researching & sourcing content.....the list is endless. And it doesn't stop here....the site must be constantly monitored & maintained. These are all the responsibility of the Webmaster, whose services must be paid for.
Hosting & registering our own domain
We are planning to register & host our own domain.....again this comes at a price.
AIHC Project
50% of all funding raised by this website....including money raised by the Website Fund....will go towards the establishment of the Anglo-Indian Heritage Centre in Chennai, mounting exhibitions & registering & hosting our own domain.
Auditing
AIHC accounts will be audited at the end of each financial year, by an independent auditor, and the Auditor's reports made available to the general public.
